Frequently asked

Do my clients see “DigiDiet” or my clinic's name?

Both, in your favour: the platform is DigiDiet, but your clinic's name is on the page banner, the page title, the plan attribution, the email sender name and the installed app icon. Your clients experience your practice.

Can other nutritionists on DigiDiet see my clients?

No. Data isolation is enforced in the database rules — each nutritionist's dashboard can only read her own seekers. Only the platform administrator can see across accounts, for support and billing.

Do I need the AI add-on?

No — the base subscription is a complete practice toolkit. The AI add-on saves time (AI-drafted plans) and reduces repetitive questions (Digi chat), and you can add or remove it, or individual features within it, any month.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

We contact you before the trial ends. If you continue, your subscription is activated for the plan you chose; if not, your portal is paused — no automatic charges, because there's no payment before you decide.

Can I change my link ID later?

Your link ID is permanent once created (it's printed on your materials and shared with clients), so choose it carefully. Clinic name, phone and other details can be updated any time.
